Company Overview

Arrive Alive Technology, LLC. is a privately held company founded in 2006 and based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Arrive Alive intends to develop and market Passive Ignition Interlock Systems for motor vehicles that detect the presence of alcohol in a driver through transdermal sensors integrated into the vehicles steering wheel. The Arrive Alive system is based upon a comprehensive patent that our Chairman received in May of 2005. The design of the system is such that it will be suitable for implementation in automobiles, trucks and other industrial vehicles, marine craft, or aircraft.

Dr. Dennis Bellehumeur, Founder and Chairman

Dr. Bellehumeur is a Neuro-Clinical Psychologist, and has had significant experience in his practice with both alcoholism, and particularly with treating the brain injury. Over the years, he has dealt with numerous deaths and injuries received in alcohol related accidents, treating patients suffering from resulting brain injury. Dr. Bellehumeur is also a surveyor internationally for the Commission On Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and is responsible to visit and apply accreditation standards to hospitals and rehab facilities in both the US and Canada, providing first hand experience with the tremendous personal, familial, and financial impact of the victimization of drunk driving. The Doctor was first inspired to develop a solution to prevent drunk driving when his son was involved in an accident with his friends after drinking and driving.

Michael De Prado, Co-Founder and Managing Director

Michael has held Presidential, Board of Directors, Officer and other executive management positions with both Public and Private companies in the Telecom, Technology, and International Banking sectors at companies such as Lucent Technologies, Ntera Holdings, Theglobe.com, and Banco Mercantil. Michael's primary focus at Arrive Alive Technologies is managing Investor Relations.

Rick Abrams, Co-Founder and Managing Director

Rick has over 25 years experience in telecom and technology sectors at such companies as Lucent Technologies, NCR, AT&T, Ntera Holdings, and Theglobe.com, both in exectutive level, and technical positions. Rick's focus at Arrive Alive Technologies is Product Development Planning, Marketing, and Business Development, as well as staff development and management of relationships with our development partners.

John T. (Ted) Mooney, Co-Founder and Managing Director

Ted has 20 years experience in technology and travel sectors at such companies as Alamo Rental Car, Delta Vacations, Continental Vacations, and Theglobe.com. Having held senior executive level positions at companies in the travel industry, Ted provides significant insight into a key market segment that will ultimately utilize the Arrive Alive Technologies Passive Interlock Solution in their fleets.

Robert Zettl, Staff Toxicologist and Advisor to the Board of Managers

As State of Colorado Director of Toxicology, Robert Zettl followed the edicts as established by the National Safety Council, Committee on Alcohol and Other Drugs, the Society of Forensic Toxicologist's, and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences with respect to alcohol and drug toxicology. He also has extensive background in Forensic Drug & Alcohol Analysis and Microbiology, and has served in positions at both public and private organizations in North America. Robert is a strong member of the Arrive Alive team, with extensive experience in the methodology of conducting chemical tests for both medical and evidential purposes, and in methods and techniques of chemical testing and human subject testing. His background provides a solid foundation to interpret the results of chemical tests in terms of their effects on human performance and behavior.

R. Mitchell Baldwin, Senior Biomedical Research and Design Engineer, Advisor to the Board of Managers on Technology and Engineering Matters

Mr. Baldwin has extensive industry experience as a biomedical engineer designing innovative medical devices and systems for both hospital and field use. His experience includes the management and execution of projects from concept through production and distribution, and the development, implementation, and reporting of laboratory and clinical trials of the technology developed.
